The 2017 Cherokee offers three available parking assistance systems designed to help make parking easier.

Available ParkView® Rear Back Up Camera displays a rearview video image with dynamic gridlines when you shift into reverse. A dashed center line overlay indicates the center of the vehicle to assist with parking or aligning to a hitch/receiver.

Available ParkSense® Front and Rear Park Assist System uses sensors located in the vehicle’s front and rear fascias. The integrated sensors will alert the driver if the vehicle gets too close to an obstacle behind or in front. 

Available Parallel and Perpendicular Park Assist is an advanced system that can recognize openings and prompt commands on how to park in a space. Just push a button to engage the ultrasonic sensors for parking assistance. This system works with the ParkSense® Front and Rear Park Assist System to add an extra measure of safety and security.
