Any Jeep SUV under warranty and in workshop undergoing mechanical repairs for over 96 hours is eligible to get a courtesy Jeep car or a taxi in case of non-availability of Jeep loaner car.

Currently this facility is available to cars under warranty and undergoing mechanical repairs beyond 96 hours.

If your Jeep SUV requires to be in a workshop for more than 96 hours due to lack of technical diagnosis or non-availability of parts, then only a courtesy car service is provided. However, for your convenience we offer pick up and drop services and Express Services to benefit from.

It may not be possible for our dealer to provide a loaner car on every occasion. However, they will provide you a taxi subject to a daily usage limit which our dealer will inform you.

Yes, under special conditions with intimation to Service Head of Jeep workshop.

You are liable to pay for fuel, parking and toll charges as you use the loaner car. Any parking and toll charges are applicable to you while using a taxi provided by the dealer and subject to a daily usage limit.

You will be responsible for any traffic violations during the period the loaner car is in your possession. Our dealer will validate and keep in record a copy of your driving license.

a. Jobs included in Jeep Express are replacement of oil filter, air filter, diesel filter, cabin pollen filter, engine oil change, windshield washer fluid replenishment, battery check, tire rotation, wheel balancing, wheel alignment and complete vehicle wash.

b. Additional jobs may be recommended by your servicing dealer which may require additional time. Such jobs and Periodical maintenance of 75000 KMs/5 years & 90000 KMs/6 years which requires timing belt replacement will not be eligible for Jeep Express

Yes, Jeep Express is applicable for Pick and Drop vehicles also. However, time for pick and drop will not be included in the promised repair time of 90/120 minutes.

Absolutely, we welcome you to sit and relax in the customer lounge while we take care of your service needs in the Jeep Express lane.

For workshops operational on Sundays, Jeep Express service will be available. Kindly contact your servicing dealer for their operational hours on Sunday.

Absolutely, if there is a service slot available, workshops will accept walk-ins also for Jeep Express. However, we recommend taking a prior appointment to ensure you get an available service slot.

The time for Jeep Express jobs will be calculated from the RO opening time till invoice generation time. Time for vehicle in-warding, invoice payment by customer, payment confirmation in case of online modes of payments, delays due to pick and drop arrangement, will not be considered as repair time and will be over and above the repair promise time of 90/120 minutes.

Your Service Advisor may identify additional jobs during vehicle walkaround which he will discuss with you and take your approval. Approving additional jobs may make your vehicle ineligible for Jeep Express. Kindly ask your service advisor for clarification.

Your service advisor will take note of the additional jobs and inform you whether your vehicle remains eligible for Jeep Express or not.

Additional jobs identified during service and approved by the customer may require additional time over the promised time of 90/120 minutes. Jeep Express promise will not be applicable in such cases
